This Helsinki bike workshop is a certified Shimano Service Center and an authorised Canyon Service Partner. There are three service packages: a first service for bikes ridden up to about 400 km, a basic service and a full service including bearing work. E-bikes are serviced too, and extras include brake bleeding, bottom bracket work and drivetrain replacement.
Annual services are booked online in advance, and bikes can be dropped off the day before; you get a cost estimate on arrival, and the work takes about a day. Other repairs need no appointment, and tyre work is done while you wait. You are emailed when the bike is ready.
