This Helsinki centre specialises in psychological trauma and has worked in the field for over 30 years. Its focus areas are trauma treatment in the stabilisation phase, complex trauma and dissociative disorders, and EMDR therapy for children and young people. It offers short- and long-term psychotherapy, clinical supervision and consultation, plus stabilisation groups for adults and parents with early, severe trauma. There is also an office in Oulu.
Training and webinars for social and healthcare professionals run on site or by video, and workplaces can order tailored courses. Books and videos can be ordered online. Booking ahead is recommended. In July most staff are on holiday.
