Founded in 1994, the Finnish family business buys, sells and develops properties and apartment building projects. Services cover developer contracting, property development, design-build and project management contracting, as well as infill and attic construction. Clients are mainly construction companies, investors in the sector and property owners.
Its projects include converting the protected Ajurien talli former horse stable into 18 apartments in 2020–2022. The project received the Kestävä Kivitalo masonry construction award in 2022. The company operates in the capital region.
