Riding has been taught at this riding centre, maintained by the City of Helsinki, since 1968. The stable is approved and supervised by the Finnish Equestrian Federation (SRL) and holds Laatutalli quality certification. Courses for riders of all ages run from beginner level to dressage and show jumping, and students can compete on school horses and train with the Tuomarinkylän Ratsastajat and Helsingin Wiisikot clubs.
There are two indoor arenas and about 5 km of trails, the outdoor arenas were fully renovated in 2022, and the horses are turned out to pasture every day. Lessons are changed or cancelled through Ratsukko.fi or the MyRatsukko app by the previous day at the latest.
