This electric vehicle charging point in Helsinki is part of an energy company's public charging network, with sites across Finland in city locations, at petrol stations and in shopping centres. The company says all its charging points run on wind power.
Charging is started and stopped in the company's app or with its RFID charging tag, and you must stop a session the same way you started it. The app shows charging points on a map along with their current availability. There is no monthly fee: each session is paid separately and charged to a Visa or Mastercard within one to two business days.
