This Japanese restaurant in Helsinki's Mall of Tripla pairs traditional Japanese food with a buffet: there is a teppanyaki and sushi spread, teppanyaki being dishes cooked on a hot iron griddle, plus a salad bar with vegetarian and vegan choices. It belongs to a chain with outlets in Turku and Jyväskylä too, whose founder first cooked in Japanese teppanyaki kitchens and later managed a teppanyaki restaurant in Germany.
