This is the exhibition space of the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of the Arts Helsinki, on the ground floor of the Mylly building. It shows work by the academy's students, researchers, alumni and visiting artists. It has almost 750 m² of space, the main hall is nearly eight metres high, and seven large windows let passers-by see the work from the street. A black box next door suits video works, and shows sometimes use other floors.
Admission is free and the space is accessible, with an accessible toilet in the lobby; guide and assistance dogs are welcome. It is suitable for children and close to good public transport. It is not rented out for private events or outside exhibitions.
