Set in the Kontula shopping centre in Helsinki, this sports hall combines swimming, a gym and group exercise. The four-lane 25-metre main pool is kept at 28 °C, and there is also a children's pool, a cold-water pool at 7–9 °C and a hydrotherapy pool. The gym has machines and free weights, and over 40 classes run in a studio and in the pool.
Single visits are sold at the front desk with no membership needed, and gym and class visits include a swim and sauna. The Superkortti pass covers all eight of the operator's halls. Changing rooms, showers and sauna are on the entrance floor, a lift goes to the pool area and there is a pool hoist. Parking at the shopping centre is free for two hours.
