This small Helsinki swimming hall is attached to the Siltamäki shopping centre and is one of several halls run by the same operator. The main pool has four 17-metre lanes, is 0.8–1.8 metres deep and heated to 30 °C, which suits swimming, aqua jogging and gentle training, and the children's pool is 0.6 metres deep. The gym has machines, free weights and cardio equipment, including squat racks and treadmills.
Single visits are bought at the front desk, and online bookings need a customer account. The pool area, changing rooms and showers are at street level with a pool hoist, but the gym is downstairs with no lift. Parking in the shopping centre car park is free for three hours.
