Founded as a family business in 2012, this was the first parkour gym in the capital region and is still owned and run by its founders. Classes are open to children, young people and adults at every level. The space also covers circus, acrobatics and martial arts, with light climbing equipment in the training area and a compact weight training corner. The instructors include long-time parkour practitioners, and the head coach has practised parkour since 2002 and coached since 2004.

Activities can be arranged for sports teams, companies and schools, along with private events such as birthday parties and private lessons. The centre also designs and builds parkour parks and training structures on request, and sells barefoot shoes with advice on them. Showers and gender-neutral facilities are available, along with a wheelchair-accessible toilet, and the entrance, car park and seating are accessible.
