Founded in 2021, the non-profit association focuses on Brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling. Training includes gi and no-gi formats. The head coach holds a BJJ black belt, and the coaching team also includes brown and purple belts.
A six-week course introduces beginners, while experienced competitors can train too. Children have wrestling for ages 3–6 and BJJ and wrestling for ages 6–11. Open mats, private lessons and group activities are offered, including stag parties, children's birthdays and corporate sessions.
