The office provides information about the European Parliament's work, members and decisions for media, schools, researchers, authorities and organisations. It answers questions about the institution and supplies brochures, while also organising seminars, events and lectures on EU affairs.
Individual and group visits must be arranged in advance. The ground-floor Europe Hall, shared with the European Commission's Finnish representation, can host non-commercial EU-related events. The office also provides information on EU jobs and traineeships. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
