Formed in 2011, this trade union represents managers, educated professionals and experts in sectors including ICT, industry, services, finance, communications and government. It negotiates around 180 collective agreements and seeks to influence decisions in Finland, the EU and internationally.
Member services include employment support, training, legal services and shop steward support, alongside earnings-related unemployment security. Members of its student association have a route to membership on graduation.
