The association organises rinkball leagues and competitions in the capital region. Played on ice, the game has no offside, long-pass rule or body checking. Players use a blue ball and sticks up to 135 cm long; goalkeepers use two catching gloves and no stick.
Competitions range from divisions to veterans', morning and school leagues. A rinkball school serves children aged 6–12, and introductory evenings are organised for women. Activities also suit young people, adults and older players. The player licence system operates in real time, and match statistics are published after games.
