Older volunteer peer guides help older people use computers, tablets, phones and digital services. Personal guidance is provided face to face in Uusimaa and remotely by phone or remote-access software.
Help with device setup, data transfer and repairs is available when needed, including home visits. The association holds open information sessions and member events online and on site, and publishes self-study materials and checklists. Membership supports its voluntary activities. The office has a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
