Supported housing is intended for adults with long-term mental health conditions. It is run by a non-profit foundation established in 1983. A recovery-oriented approach involves residents in decisions about their own lives.
Housing support is combined with work, training, study, day and leisure activities. The multidisciplinary staff includes mental health, substance misuse and social services professionals. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. The foundation's website is available in Finnish, Swedish, English, Spanish and Russian.
If you have used the housing support or helped a relative access it, share your experience below.
