The national governing body covers the different disciplines of gymnastics and supports activities involving around 120,000 participants. Member clubs offer gymnastics for children, young people, adults, seniors and families, including adapted gymnastics. Competition covers nine disciplines as well as dance.
Competitors need a licence. Coaches and instructors can attend training, while clubs receive development support, materials and membership benefits. An online shop sells official clothing. Website content is available in Finnish, English and Swedish.
