They include integration training, language tests, workplace wellbeing coaching for employers and school-based working-life coaching for young people. Operations began as Valmennuskeskus in 1975, with the present name adopted in 2021.
About 200 recruitment specialists, career coaches and trainers work across Finland. Expert-led courses and personal guidance can be purchased through the online shop. The office entrance is wheelchair accessible.
