The company provides fibre broadband for homes on an open fibre network where several operators can be chosen. It has operated in Finland since 2006 as part of a Nordic digital infrastructure network, and about 250,000 km of fibre has been built across Northern Europe. Customers are consumers, businesses and housing companies.
Installation requires two visits: a planning visit and the fibre installation itself. Payment for the installation is requested only after the connection has been installed and tested as working. The work may qualify for the Finnish home tax deduction. Optional TV packages are available through partners Allente and Maxivision. Repair visits follow a fault repair list.
