This umbrella organisation brings together ten member organisations working on women's voluntary defence and comprehensive security. Training open to all women covers everyday safety, supporting children in crises, outdoor survival, first aid and crisis communication. The programme is developed with the National Defence Training Association and approved by the Finnish Defence Forces.
Courses take place across Finland, with some delivered as webinars. Women can volunteer as trainers or on regional committees through member organisations. A newsletter and the NASTA blog share information on activities.
