It has a 120-seat auditorium and facilities for events of up to 220 with catering. Owned by pension insurer Elo, the building includes a roof terrace and concierge service.
A lunch restaurant on level K1 also offers catering and private dining rooms. Staff facilities include a gym, changing rooms and a drying cabinet. There is a private parking hall, electric car charging, bicycle parking and a bike repair point. The toilet, entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
