The trade union negotiates collective agreements and promotes employees' rights and wellbeing at work. Its agreements cover sectors including technology, chemicals, wood products and mining. Members can also obtain guidance on vocational education.
Members, shop stewards and occupational safety representatives can attend training at Murikka college, through regional and branch courses and online. An online course calendar handles registration. The website is available in Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. The office entrance is wheelchair accessible.
