Founded in 1957, this music school provides basic arts education mainly for children and young people. Basic and advanced studies offer instruments such as piano, violin, guitar, woodwind, drums and voice. Studies include music theory, history, harmony and ensemble playing, from chamber groups to orchestra.
Early childhood music groups also meet in day-care centres. An instrument lending foundation supplies instruments to pupils, and concerts are arranged for families. Communication is mainly by email, with continuing early-years pupils enrolling electronically. A private supporting association runs the school.
If your child studies music here, share the teaching experience below for families considering music lessons.
