Completed in 1877, the Lutheran parish church seats about 1,190 people, including 230 in the gallery. Ida Silverberg painted the altarpiece in Paris in 1878 after a Crucifixion work by Van Dyck and Rubens. The French-Romantic organ built by Åkerman & Lund in 1881 was expanded to 24 stops in 1963. Bells came from the old church's tower, and local clockmaker C. O. Glasberg made the tower clock.
Bookings are handled by the parish office. The accessible entrance is on the west side, with toilets and a rest room in the east vestibule. The hearing loop covers the main nave outside the areas beneath the galleries. A children's room has books, toys and drawing materials, with a coffee area in the same wing. Accessible parking and a toilet are available.
