This family bakery is now in its second generation. Per-Erik and Ulla-Britt Bergvall took over an existing bakery in 1966, and the business has grown from there. The range includes everyday breads, coffee breads, small bakes, semi-finished goods, cakes and confectionery, along with handcrafted breads and handmade pralines. According to the website, nearly 40 percent of production is bread and about 25 percent coffee bread. Flower juices and jams from local ingredients are also sold.
The bakery supplies bakeries, cafés, shops, municipalities, schools, hospitals, senior housing and company lunch restaurants. Brödhörnet is a café serving its baked goods in a retro-modern interior. The local entrepreneurs' association named it Company of the Year in 2023. The car park is wheelchair accessible, but the entrance is not.
