This hiking association's activity centre stands on the Vanhankylänniemi peninsula by Lake Tuusulanjärvi. Members use it in summer for canoeing, rowing and stand-up paddling. The house was built in the 1930s; the association has rented it since 1986 and restored the house and sauna through volunteer work.
Members can book the premises for family celebrations, and Wednesday gatherings take place in summer. Indoor events are not held in midwinter. Bring drinking water, as there is no running water; the toilet is an outdoor composting toilet. Take all rubbish away, and do not light yard fires or bonfires during wildfire warnings. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
