This engineering office serves North Karelia and Eastern Finland, weekends included. It carries out building condition surveys for home sales without destructive testing, divided by construction period: before 1990, 1990–2010 or after 2010. Travel costs within the economic area and Eastern Finland are included in the surveys.
The testing laboratory is accredited by FINAS under SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025 (number T359). Tests cover compressive strength, carbonation depth, tensile strength, absolute moisture content and concrete testing. Moisture measurement is offered for apartments, detached houses and concrete slabs. Site-supervising engineer services are arranged case by case. The firm is part of the Vastuu Group partner network.
