This surveying and planning company was founded in 1988, and ownership changed in 2016; the current owners are Iiro Määttänen, Vesa Kuokkanen and Antti Mustonen. Services cover surveying, mapping, building design and technical planning for construction and infrastructure projects. It makes 3D machine control models for excavators and other construction machinery, and building surveys check that construction follows the plans at every stage.
Ground investigations establish soil bearing capacity and quality, with reports for structural design. Equipment includes robotic total stations, RTK-GPS using the national VRS network, a laser level, plate load testing equipment, a Loadman falling weight deflectometer for compaction tests and a light cone penetration vehicle. Large areas are mapped and photographed from the air with a remote-controlled drone. Clients include farmers, private individuals, municipalities and other companies.
