This is the in-house bakery of the Sulo restaurant group, baking daily for its restaurants. It makes sourdough and malt breads, focaccia and potato-bun burger buns, using domestic flours. Its bread is also sold in several local K-stores and in Prisma.
The bakery makes custom cakes in several sizes and flavours, including gluten-free and lactose-free options. Cakes are ordered in advance by email and collected from Sulo locations. It also supplies lunches, brunches and catering orders for the group's restaurants. The range of sweet and speciality products varies by location and day.
