Cognitive behavioural therapy is offered to children, young people and adults. The therapist also has qualifications in solution-focused brief therapy and social services. Work covers anxiety, panic and trauma symptoms, stress, emotion regulation, phobias, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and neurodiversity support using a neuro-affirming approach.
Practical therapy follows the client's pace and functional behavioural analysis, with body-oriented and acceptance and commitment methods also used. Training and consultation are offered to professionals working with children and families. Enquiries about Kela rehabilitative psychotherapy are welcome. Parking and a gender-neutral toilet are available; appointments are recommended.
