This customer-owned cooperative operates retail, accommodation, restaurant and service businesses in 13 North Karelian municipalities. It has 127 outlets and over 1,600 employees. Members receive S-Etukortti loyalty benefits, with bonuses paid monthly into their bank accounts.
Restaurant tables are booked through Raflaamo and hotels through Sokos Hotels services. Selected stores offer collection of Prisma.fi and Sokos.fi orders. S-Rauta provides business and builder services with invoicing options. The cooperative's customers can also use S-mobiili, ABC-mobiili and S-kaupat apps. The office entrance, parking and toilet are accessible.
