This multi-use building has about 4,000 m² of office space, rented by the room, including for short-term use. The offices have fast fixed and wireless internet and room-level mechanical cooling. Tenants can use a shared break room, meeting rooms, training and event spaces, and saunas.
The on-site café-restaurant Wendla serves weekday lunch and offers catering inside and outside the building. Parking in the yard is free, and spaces in the parking hall can be rented. The building dates from 1890, was rebuilt in 2007 and is owned by the local municipality. The Pehkonen exhibition space is also here. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
