This water supply company was founded in 1949 to secure the municipal water supply. It built the main water pipeline network between the pumping station and the water tower, as well as connection points with water meters for its shareholders. Water is fed from the Särkilammi and Rehtijärvi intakes into the municipal network.
The founding shareholders included the municipality, a state dairy research institute and local industrial firms. Current shareholders include Natural Resources Institute Finland, Genencor International Oy, Jokioisten Leipä Oy, Boreal Kasvinjalostus Oy and Jokioisten Lankatehdas Oy. The board is chaired by a representative of the municipality. Water quality is supervised by the Forssa regional environmental health services together with the municipal water utility and the company. An on-call service operates outside weekday office hours and around the clock at weekends. The office is in Jokioisten Tietotalo.
