This amateur theatre, run by an association, was founded in 1958 and describes itself as multi-award-winning. Its productions are staffed by volunteer enthusiasts, covering staging, costumes, lighting, music, make-up, graphic design, producing and ticket sales. Café Ida is located in the foyer.
Costumes and props can be rented by companies, event organisers and other theatres, as well as for parties and themed events. Accessible seating is available, and the entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
