This gym has a wide range of training equipment and free weights. Personal trainers work in the same building, and saunas and solariums are also available. The start package includes a fitness programme and equipment instruction, and guidance on training, diet and supplements is offered.
The business started in 1988 as Kuntosali Hyväolo, and the fitness centre began in the same premises in 1999. The premises have been expanded more than once since the turn of the millennium. According to its website, there is no membership obligation, and membership cards include initial instruction. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
