Psychophysical coaching and therapy are offered to individuals, groups and workplaces. The trauma-sensitive approach uses body-based methods. Founder Elina Argillander is a solution-focused brief therapist, dance movement therapist and outdoor exercise instructor with a university of applied sciences qualification.
Individual sessions last 60 or 90 minutes, in person or remotely, as single appointments or over 6–12 weeks. Two-hour workplace workshops take place online, at the practice or at the client's premises. Psychophysical first aid training lasts 1–2 days and can also be held outdoors. A five-week online resilience course is open to everyone.
