This rehabilitation housing service for people recovering from mental health problems has staff on site around the clock. Residents have furnished private rooms and shared lounges, with hot meals prepared by an in-house cook. Activities include work tasks, rehabilitation groups, outdoor trips and Cami cognitive training.
Functional capacity assessments and short crisis, rehabilitation and respite stays are available. Staff are trained in community-based care and young adult mental health rehabilitation. Placements are arranged with a social worker through a framework agreement or payment commitment. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
