The restaurant and café occupy the upper floor of the water tower on the Harju ridge, with panoramic views over the city. It serves buffet and plated set lunches, and the café offers home-baked pastries and cakes. A sunny terrace has about 100 seats, and a viewing tower rises above the restaurant. It belongs to Sipisen Ravintolapalvelut Oy, a family catering business that has operated for over 40 years.
Private events and catering are available for up to about 150 guests, with named signature menus. The rooms seat roughly 100 to 160 and take up to 200 for cocktail receptions, and there is a dance floor by the bar. Tables can be booked in advance. The venue shares the building with the Luontomuseo, and free parking is available in the courtyard. The premises, parking, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
