This historic parish vicarage was designed by architect Kauno S. Kallio and completed in the 1920s as one of the first urban vicarages in Finland. The classicist building has brick facades, stone plinths and a tiled roof, and the original windows and oak doors remain. The ceiling painting in the former confirmation hall was made by artist Urho Lehtinen in 1928. The house was renovated in 1985 and again in spring 2023, when the kitchen and toilets were updated.
The rooms can be hired for parties, meetings and small concerts, with event catering by the partner company Art Catering. The building also has a gelato and sorbet shop with café seating. The former caretaker's flat is a loft-style apartment for overnight stays, booked through Time Hostel & Apartments. Seating, entrance, car park and toilet are all wheelchair accessible.
