Near the university campus in the upper town, this restaurant has been serving since 1968. The interior takes you back to the sixties, and the atmosphere is rock-inspired and sociable. A graduate thesis corner displays students' finished theses. The kitchen stresses handmade cooking and avoids industrial food products, and the terrace has operated since the start.
The building dates from 1965, and the site earlier housed a Finnish-language upper school in 1858–1860. A PDF booklet on the restaurant's history is available on its website. Tables can be reserved through an online form. There is accessible seating and a step-free entrance, but no accessible parking.
