The non-profit foundation supports commercial education and business learning. It owns retail units, offices, flats, storage spaces, parking and display vitrines.
A meeting room for 10–15 people is available with a rooftop terrace, sauna and kitchen equipment. Grants for commercial and business education are awarded through an annual application round. Product display vitrines are located in Kauppakeskus Tawast.
