Founded in 2016, this residential construction company builds new detached, semi-detached, row and apartment houses. It has nine employees and has built 52 homes, drawing on around 15 years of experience in building, building services and residential design. It uses quality Finnish materials made to withstand Finnish conditions.
Every construction site is supervised continuously, with building services specialists overseeing safety. A long-term warranty is offered on all homes it builds. Current projects are heated with district heating or ground-source heat pumps with underfloor heating. Finished new homes are sold, and the company also buys building plots suitable for new construction.
