The residential area's maintenance building has sauna and meeting rooms available to residents and outside users. The sauna section includes a small swimming pool and a fireplace lounge for about ten. The meeting room accommodates around 40, with a kitchen and equipment.
Rooms can be hired together or separately, with the kitchen shared for separate hires. Varsinais-Suomen Isännöintitalo Oy handles bookings and invoicing. The building also has laundry facilities, a drying room, carpet washing and a manual car wash bay. Washing machines are booked by phone and the car wash through a logbook.
