The Lutheran parish's wooden church was built by Heikki Kuorikoski in 1817 on the site of earlier churches. It and the parsonage completed in 1873 survived the 1934 fire that devastated the village centre. A photographic exhibition in the parish hall foyer explores 200 years of church history.
Services can be watched live on the parish YouTube channel. The parish also holds weddings. The premises have a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking and toilet.
