A route to the 145-metre hill follows about 1.5 km of forest road and a further 500-metre path to the top. A harder route from the south slope is marked in red and passes boulders and stone fields left by ancient shorelines. Large rock formations and a small stone cellar are found on site.
The municipality maintains the route and shelter. The site belongs to the Muinaisvuoret trail network. In snowy winters, a lit 2.5 km ski trail starts from the ski lodge. A shelter along the fitness trail can be used for grilling, but visitors bring their own firewood.
