Food expert Asta Asunmaa is authorised by the Finnish Food Authority to conduct hygiene passport tests. Her expertise also covers cooking courses, mass catering planning and management, and wild food and natural product training.
Trained in home economics, she works with ProAgria South Ostrobothnia and the regional rural women's organisation. Projects on food traditions and local food stories serve food businesses and residents.
