Founded by Pentti Piri as a metal goods business in 1974, the manufacturer makes rainwater systems, roof ladders, snow guards and roof safety products under the Pisko brand. Its range includes the SafeLine cable system, MultiFast fixings and Safeguard edge protection. It has belonged to Ruukki Construction since 2019.
Roof ladders and walkways carry CE marking, while house ladders and snow guards have national certification. Quality and environmental management are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Powder-coated roof safety products have an Environmental Product Declaration. An accredited laboratory carries out production testing. The office entrance is wheelchair accessible.
