The massage service is provided by trained massage therapist Auvo Karsikas under the WellCare AK name, and has been running since 2014. It offers classic massage, joint mobilisation, active and passive stretching, and trigger point and fascia treatments. Kinesio taping is available alongside massage or as a separate treatment, and guidance on self-care of the body is given.
The service suits all ages, and the therapist has experience of working with young athletes and older people. Home and workplace visits are available on request, as are gift cards. Payment is accepted by cash, bank card, ePassi and Edenred, and by invoice if needed. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
