A trained massage therapist and personal trainer provides massage, sports massage, jaw muscle massage and dry cupping. Kinesio taping can be added to a massage. Coaching includes individual and small-group sessions, training programmes and an initial consultation.
Massage and coaching take place at Easymove facilities. Massage is also available through home visits and, on request, at workplaces. Appointments are booked online through Nordhealth. The parking area is wheelchair accessible.
