Designed by Ilmari Launis, this wooden long-church was built in 1915–1917 and consecrated in July 1917. Its three-aisled interior has a folded roof over the nave and flat roofs over the side aisles. Germund Paaer's altarpiece depicts a scene from Revelation. The 19-stop organ was acquired in 1984.
Services, masses and concerts are held here. In summer it opens on weekdays for about a month as a roadside church for quiet reflection. Interior paintwork and lighting were renewed in 2000 to Marja Rauhala's design, and the shingle roof was restored in 2016. Two statues stand in the churchyard's war memorial area. The entrance, parking and toilet are accessible.
